Thank you for purchasing from VSR Solutions. We offer digital educational products, downloadable resources, 3D-printed products, and selected personalized services. Because the nature of these products varies, the refund and cancellation terms are explained below.
1. Digital Products
All digital products sold by VSR Solutions, including PDF books, e-books, study materials, educational resources, digital reports, downloadable files and other digital products, are non-refundable once the order has been successfully placed or the product has been delivered/accessed.
Due to the digital nature of these products, they cannot be physically returned after purchase. Therefore, no refund, return or exchange will ordinarily be provided for digital products.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product title, description, features, format and other available information before completing their purchase.
If a customer experiences a technical problem with the delivered digital file, such as a corrupted or inaccessible file, the customer may contact VSR Solutions so that reasonable assistance or a replacement file can be considered.
2. 3D-Printed Products
All 3D-printed products are produced specifically according to the product specifications, selected options, dimensions, colours, designs or customization details applicable to the order.
Because these products are manufactured after an order is placed, returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are generally not available for 3D-printed products.
Customers are requested to carefully verify the product details and customization information before placing an order.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact VSR Solutions promptly with appropriate photographs and order details. The issue may be reviewed and, where appropriate, a replacement or other suitable resolution may be offered at the discretion of VSR Solutions.
3. Customized or Personalized Products
Customized and personalized products, including specially prepared 3D-printed products or personalized digital products, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production or preparation has started.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, measurements, spellings, photographs, designs, specifications and other information required to complete their order.
4. Cancellation of Orders
For digital products, an order generally cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed or the digital product has been delivered or made available.
For 3D-printed products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started. If a cancellation request is made before production begins, VSR Solutions may review the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
5. Incorrect Customer Information
VSR Solutions will not ordinarily be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer, including an incorrect email address, delivery address, name, spelling, dimensions, customization details or other order information.
Customers should carefully check all information before completing their purchase.
6. Duplicate Orders or Accidental Purchases
Customers are requested to review their cart and order information before payment. Accidental purchases, duplicate purchases or changes of mind do not ordinarily qualify for a refund, particularly after a digital product has been delivered/accessed or a 3D-printed product has entered production.
7. How to Contact Us
If you experience a genuine problem with an order, please contact VSR Solutions with your order number, registered email/phone number and relevant details. For damaged or defective physical products, photographs or videos may be requested to help assess the issue.
Each genuine complaint will be reviewed based on the circumstances and the nature of the product.
8. Policy Changes
VSR Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy when necessary. Any updated policy will be published on our website with the revised effective date.
